Front of House Manager

We are looking for a personable yet detail oriented Front of House Floor Manager to join our team! The Bay Bar and Grille is a family-owned restaurant with a casual atmosphere, great food, and even better staff. We highly value our staff and their wellbeing, and need a candidate that will complement our passion for a happy and healthy workplace. In order for the restaurant, staff, and management to succeed, we are looking for someone with the following skill set:

Job duties are as follows, but are not limited to the list below:

• Analyze restaurant’s sales levels and profitability and create and implement strategic plans to achieve sales goals
• Ensure that all staff members comply to the safe food handling procedures
• Engage customers in a positive dialogue to ensure return business and take and resolve any complaints from them
• ­Perform restaurant opening and closing activities and organize management of repair and maintenance issues
• Make-certain that all fire, safety, and health regulations regarding food preparation and serving is adhered to on a constant basis
• Monitor presentation and ensure that restaurant service and quality standards are constantly met

Servers and Hosts

We’re currently looking for amazing Servers and Hosts to join our team. We are currently seeking mature individuals with a good attitude, a solid work ethic, and a strong sense of genuine hospitality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
