Overview
Be a key leader on our dining room floor. As Front of House Supervisor, you’ll partner with the General Manager, Bar Manager, and Kitchen Manager to deliver an outstanding guest experience and smooth daily operations.

What You’ll Do:
– Lead Service: Set the tone for hospitality, anticipate guest needs, and resolve issues quickly.
– Coach the Team: Help train the staff and assist with bartender oversight.
– Uphold Standards: Ensure food/alcohol safety, and compliance with regulations.
– Support Operations: Monitor labor, oversee POS, cash/card handling, and gratuity distribution.
– Admin Touchpoints: POS updates, checklists, reports.
– Build Loyalty: Collaborate on promotions and other practices.

What You Bring:
– 1+ year in restaurants/bars
– 1+ year in a leadership role
– Strong leadership, guest service, and problem-solving skills
– Comfortable with POS systems and basic office tools (Word, Excel, Email)
– Calm, accurate, and friendly under pressure; fast-paced environments energize you

Details:
– Full-time position
– Mix of opening/closing manager shifts; flexibility for business needs (nights/weekends as needed)
– $23-$25/hr DOE
– Shift Meal, discounts when not at work
