Bozeman Dessert

The phrase “we saved the best for last” was probably written about dessert.

Everyone always says – Let’s go grab some dinner! But what they should be saying is – Let’s go grab some dessert! That’s what we’re all thinking about anyway. How if we can just get through this salad then we can say yes when the server asks if we’d like to see the dessert menu. It doesn’t matter how delicious your steak was, or how great your pasta was, it’s hard to say no to the words, “Would you like to try our light, creamy tiramisu?”

Yes, please. I’ll take four.

There’s really only one place to go for the most decadent Bozeman desserts, and that’s the Bay Bar and Grille. Our chefs are not only world-class in the food department, they are also skilled, and loved pastry chefs in their own right. It takes a careful, precise hand to perfect the crisp sugary top layer of Crème Brulee. And an even more careful hand to whip the filling into a creamy goodness that is not too light, and not too thick, but just the exact right amount of heavenly crème. Lucky for all of us, that’s exactly the kind of hands our chefs have.

And if you’re looking for something with a little more chocolate, which almost goes without saying sometimes, the Chocolate Mousse is divine. It’s light yet thick. It’s creamy yet rich. It’ll take you back to your childhood, eating your grandma’s chocolate mousse at family dinners, wishing your bowl would never end. It’s all you want in a dessert and more.

Splitting the cool, chocolatey Mud Pie is also an amazing option. Not because you want to share, but because if you’re splitting it, well then you might as well order the slight coffee flavored, creamy Tiramisu to spilt as well. No one ever said no to two desserts, and if they did, they were a liar.

We take pride in our desserts because we know how important they are. They come at the end of a meal for a reason – because they are a treat. A special celebration of your day, life, work, etc.

Come have a dessert and stay for dinner.
